One of the most popular portions of our Leadership Series is entitled Managing through Leading. It is a concentrated development program designed to help managers build the skills to not only lead people and teams, but also lead clients and represent organizational initiatives. The content focuses on building communication, coaching, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, among others. The program goes far beyond the introduction of principles and encourages the application of these skills on-the -job.
