Leadership Series

In our experience, long-term success of people initiatives comes from offering multiple opportunities for employees to develop competencies and embedding accountability for the application of the skills they learn.  To support our clients in achieving long-term success in employee development, The Faurote Group has developed a Leadership Series aimed at aligning the experience level and needs of the individual with the right topics at various times throughout their career.

One of the most popular portions of our Leadership Series is entitled Managing through Leading.  It is a concentrated development program designed to help managers build the skills to not only lead people and teams, but also lead clients and represent organizational initiatives.  The content focuses on building communication, coaching, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, among others. The program goes far beyond the introduction of principles and encourages the application of these skills on-the -job.  The session topics and delivery can be customized to meet the needs of the group.  Below is an example delivery format setup in a four-part series delivered in two-day increments.
