Initiating and Receiving Feedback
Feedback is one of the most powerful tools for supporting and improving performance. As the focus of feedback is primarily on improving the individual’s skill set, professional development should be both planned and managed by the individual. Although self-assessments can be a relevant means to receive feedback, it is important to also involve others to achieve a well rounded perspective on relevant strengths and weaknesses. In this session you will not only learn how to initiate the process but how to make it an effective interaction.

- Creating a business environment focused on appropriate results
- Taking ownership of personal development and career
