LifePrint™Coaching
Program Description:
"When you retire, you won't remember what you did in the first quarter of 1994, or the third. You'll remember how many people
you developed - how many you helped have a better career because
of your interest and dedication to their development.
When you're confused about how you're doing as a leader, find
out how the people you lead are doing. You'll know the answer.“
- Larry Bossidy, fmr. CEO Honeywell
One key to long-term success is the continual development
of people to support and carry out the goals and
vision of an organization. While it seems simple to
accomplish, many organizations are failing at developing employees due to a generalization in career development
strategies rather than customizing to the
needs of each employee. This program will help you
empower people to become more productive and
committed by properly aligning the individual with the
organization’s needs.
