Relationship Strategies

It is almost impossible to be successful at anything you do without being an effective communicator. Where most people struggle is in understanding their own preferences and inaccurately reading the indivdiuals they interact with, causing them to misunderstand the intended message.  To avoid unwanted confusion, you must first understand your own communication tendencies and then assess others by accurately interpreting the clues they give off when speaking, including what they say, how they say it, and the body language they demonstrate.  When you practice the Platinum Rule. Treat others the way they want to be treated - you build rapport.  In this workshop, you will obtain a better understanding of your own style, learn how to "read" other people, adapt to their needs, and create lasting relationship critical to business and personal success.  

Learning objectives:

  • Learn the four basic personality styles
  • Gain an understanding of your behavioral style and how to maximize strengths and minimize weaknesses
  • Discover how to read verbal, vocal, and visual signals
  • Be able to adapt your communication style to accommodate others
  • Become more flexible and versatile when dealing with others
  • Acquire strategies for creating instant rapport and better compatibility
  • Learn the keys in establishing trust, confidence, and credibility in relationships
  • Reduce conflict and tension in personal and business relationships
  • Learn how to coach, counsel, mentor, compliment, delegate and motivate by style
  • Increase productivity in your work environment

Program Length: 4 hour and 8 hour sessions
