Mentoring
Program Description:
Research shows that during uncertain times, a human
connection is the best way to navigate through
the challenges of life. Thus, the best advice for organizations
strategizing to excel in today’s economy
is to look internally for their most valued resources, mentors, who can create the kind of environment
needed to help people thrive and grow. In addition,
mentoring becomes the means for valuable information
to be passed on and shared with the rising leaders
of tomorrow. In this program we will explore
