Meeting Facilitation
Recent studies have shown that on average a top executive spends 80% of his/her day in meetings. Similarly, the same study showed that up to 60% of mid-level managers time is spent in meetings. In addition, those polled reported they believed 50% of that time was wasted. As shocking as that sounds, many people have experienced the same thing first hand and desperately wish they could attend well run, efficient meetings. As a meeting facilitator, you determine the efficiency and productivity of a meeting. How organized, educational, informative, enjoyable, and worthwhile a meeting is will be determined by your preparedness and effectiveness. How well you conduct a meeting and perform in a meeting will have a tremendous impact on your success. This program is designed to enhance your meeting facilitation skills and increase the efficiency and success of each meeting you attend.
