Meeting Facilitation
Recent studies have shown that on average top executives
spend 80% of their day in meetings. For midlevel
managers it can be as high as 60%. In addition,
those polled reportedly believed half of the time
spent in meetings to be wasted. As shocking as that
sounds, many people have experienced this first hand
and desperately wish they could attend well run, efficient
meetings. As a meeting facilitator, you determine
the efficiency and productivity of a meeting.
How organized, informative, and worthwhile a meeting

effectiveness. This program is designed to enhance
