Leading and Managing Change
Organizations are struggling to speed up. Scrambling to adapt. Trying to innovate, embrace new technologies, and respond to a rapidly changing marketplace. Something’s not working. Precious resources are being squandered and time is being wasted. People are fighting change instead of pushing it forward. They’re pulling in different directions rather than aligning with the change efforts. People are not intentionally sabotaging change. In most situations people do not fully understand change and the critical role they play in ensuring it’s successful. The first step to successfully leading and managing change is to recognize the necessity.
