Group Facilitation Skills
Over 70% of training conducted by internal facilitators
does not achieve the stated objectives. This is,
in large part, due to the method of selecting trainers.
Too often organizations choose solely based on
an individual’s knowledge of the subject matter
with little or no consideration given to their experience
in teaching and facilitating discussions. As
such, the problem is not that the facilitators don’t
know the materials; it is that they haven’t been
properly trained on how to prepare for or how to
facilitate training. In this workshop, learn how to
prepare, develop, and deliver successful training
that not only meets but exceeds the stated objectives.

- Understand the difference between instructing and
facilitating and when to use each method

aids
- Learn how to motivate and engage participants
