Leading Across Generations
The majority of today’s leading organizations face a
common issue – multiple generations in the workplace.
With each generation holding their own set of
values, styles (leadership, communication, coaching,
etc), perspectives, and expectations, the potential for
conflict increases. Successful organizations take advantage
of the unique contributions each generation
provides and turns them into an opportunity to be
more creative, productive, agile, and ultimately, more
profitable. They learn to understand and respect the
differences that exist while bridging the gap and leveraging
strengths and minimizing weaknesses. This
workshop provides insight into each of the generations
and how to harness the value of a blended workforce.
