Program Description:

me to do it myself” or “I don’t have anybody I can trust
to delegate to,” you are suffering from “delegationitis,”
a common condition among those who have not successfully
transitioned from being an individual contributor
to contributing through others. It is very debilitating
and career limiting. Common symptoms include
frustration, demotivation, confusion, additional vertime,
and a poor work product. Effective delegation is
one of the most important management skills and, if
done effectively, will save you time, develop you and
your staff, motivate others, build trust, and produce
desired results. In this program, learn a practical step-by-step process that will ensure effective delegation
which will result in the timely completion of assigned
tasks and projects.
