Business Etiquette

Successfully understanding and practicing business etiquette is an important factor in business success. As John Molloy said, “you never get a second chance to make a first impression.” That includes the things we say, the way we carry ourselves, our manners, both verbal and at the dinner table, among others. The fact is, if you don’t know the appropriate business etiquette behaviors, you can unknowingly sabotage your own career. In this workshop learn the basic social courtesies that will be observed and judged throughout your career. Recognize the link between business etiquette and credibility. Discover ways to enhance your business success and enrich your business relationships with business etiquette.
