Ethics
“There’s no such thing as Business Ethics – there’s only
Ethics.” - John Maxwell
After years of scandalous behavior by multiple company
executives, many shareholders would agree with Maxwell’s
statement. The fact is, until recently, ethics, and
the standards it comes with, has not been receiving the
attention it deserves. Companies have an obligation to
stakeholders to provide employees with awareness of
acceptable behavior in their corporate culture. Creating
a culture of business integrity is an ongoing process that
has no beginning or end and no divisional boundaries.
