After the past few years of scandalous behavior by multiple company executives, many shareholders would agree with Maxwell’s statement. The fact is, until recently, ethics, and the standards it comes with, has not been receiving the attention it deserves. Companies have an obligation to stakeholders to provide employees with awareness of acceptable behavior in their corporate culture. Creating a culture of business integrity is an ongoing process that has no beginning or end and no divisional boundaries. This workshop will serve as a cornerstone of your commitment to upholding your employees and yourself to the highest in ethical standards in your industry and is an appropriate first step for all employees in setting an established code of conduct.

Learning objectives of this workshop include:

  • Showing the impact of ethics on corporate culture
  • Identifying the role of small infractions and misbehaviors in the broader ethics context
  • Answering the question “what constitutes unethical behavior?”
  • Identifying and resolving ethical dilemmas
  • Completing an “Ethical Action Test” to help check your responses in difficult situations
