Most people dread the thought of making a presentation to a group of people or engaging in difficult one-on-one discussions. Nearly everyone has experienced the feelings of doubt, stress, anxiety, and nervousness when communicating. This workshop teaches you techniques to channel your fears into positive energy. We’ll share the skills and techniques that will help you become a more powerful, energetic and effective presenter.
In addition to gaining specific presentation skills, in the advanced session, you’ll be videotaped in action—and you’ll improve, relax, and refine your technique, and increase your confidence with each performance. You’ll critique yourself and be critiqued by your colleagues in a non-threatening, supportive environment—to see what works and what doesn’t—and you’ll benefit from the expertise of the seminar leader.
