Certification Process and Takeaways:
The Faurote Group offers a 2-day Virtual Session with advanced pre-work and a post-session on-line certification exam administered by MHS. Participants will receive the following:
- Pre-work assessment, learning modules, and coaching debrief
- EQ-i2.0/EQ 360 Certification Participant Manual
- A sample starter presentation when sharing the ROI of the tools with your internal and external clients
- Exercises for use during an Emotional Intelligence Workshop using the EQ-i2.0
- Post -session online certification exam administered by MHS
BEFORE the certification training, you will receive the following for pre-work:
- EQ-i2.0 self-assessment
- 1-hour coaching debrief with a Master Trainer to review your EQ-i2.0 Workplace report
- Access to three on-line learning modules
- The EQ Edge: Emotional Intelligence and Your Success by Steven Stein and Howard Book
Successful participants will receive:
- Certification to use the EQ-i2.0 and EQ 360 assessments and reports
- An account from Multi-Health Systems (MHS) to purchase and administer EQ-i2.0 & EQ 360 assessments and reports
- MHS on-line portal with free access to marketing materials, peer community, research, white papers, and technical support
- Certified Coaches receive CCE credits: Core Competencies 9.25 & Resource Development 6.75 | Approved by the International Coach Federation
- Psychologists receive 14.5 CE credits | Approved by the American Psychological Association*
