Our Programs
Offerings: Based on our experiences and the
most consistent needs of our clients, The
Faurote Group has created programs current
to today’s environment and designed to enhance
the Success Core Competencies. Included
in this catalog is a collection of program
descriptions ranging in focus from the individual
contributor, supervisor, manager, and
leader of people. Each description shares a narrative of the program offering, an overview
of the learning objectives , and a list of core competencies highlighted in the program content.
Keep in mind that we welcome the opportunity
to reate a program to suits your
needs on topics not listed herein.

Recommended Class Size: From our experience,
the ideal class size is dependent on content and
learning objectives. We recommend, when possible,
the class size not exceed 25 participants to
maximize learning; however, we will accommodate
larger or smaller groups as the need arises.
Length of Session: Most of our programs are designed
to be delivered in 4 hour, 8 hour, or 2-day
increments. As with class size, we are flexible
with the length of time to deliver any of our topics
and can accommodate Keynotes and/or breakout
sessions (1 hour to 2 hour).

| Continuing Education: The Faurote Group
works with sponsoring organizations to provide
Continuing Education Credits for all of our
programs. |

Investment: The investment for our services is
dependent upon several factors, including,
among others, the creation and approval of a
plan, the amount of time needed to deliver the
agreed upon services, and reinforcement material.

| Audience: We work with all levels within an
organization, ranging from staff to managers
to executives, as well as students, faculty, administration,
etc. |

Facilitation approach: We use a blend of delivery
methods including hands-on activities, role plays,
case studies, and multi-media to keep people engaged
and heighten participant learning.
