Assessments

As a method to increase the customization of learning, The Faurote Group offers and uses various

assessments within our programs and coaching services. By taking a measurement of skills before

a plan for improvement is created, a pathway for growth can be connected directly to the individual

allowing for greater impact and success of skill development.

One of the assessments that we offer is The Faurote Group 360. This device creates a holistic look at
The Success Core competencies and represents a snapshot of how one sees themselves compared to
the views of direct reports, peers, and supervisors. The assessment and resulting reports provide a
starting point to create or update an individual development plan.
